How much does bed bug treatment cost?+
It depends on the number of rooms and how far the infestation has spread. We give you a ballpark price on the phone based on the standard treatment plan for your situation, then confirm a fixed price after the inspection.
How soon can you treat bed bugs?+
Same-day and next-day appointments are available across London. Call before midday and we can usually inspect and begin treatment the same afternoon.
Is there a guarantee?+
Yes. Our bed bug programme carries an extended written guarantee — if bed bugs return within the cover period we come back and re-treat free of charge.
Will I need repeat treatments?+
Bed bugs almost always need a planned course — typically two or three visits spaced to break the egg-hatch cycle. We confirm the number of visits before you book.
What preparation is required?+
You'll receive a written prep list: strip and bag bedding, launder textiles at 60°C, clear clutter from around beds and skirting boards, and allow access to all rooms. Don't move mattresses between rooms — it spreads the problem. The Polti Cimex Eradicator dry steam system needs less disruption than traditional whole-room heat, so you can usually stay in the property during treatment.
